Support Right From The Start
Under the guidance of the salon leader, you’ll begin training as a bather and learn about different dog breeds and styling.
On-Site Training
Our initial training provides all the operational, safety and technical knowledge you need to be an exceptional bather.
Safety Training
Safety is always our #1 priority, for the pets and for you! You’ll learn how to complete a hands-on pet assessment at the beginning of every appointment.
Build Your Confidence
You’ll bathe over 125 dogs before moving on to our paid Grooming Academy, where you’ll learn the tricks of the trade and have hands-on experience.
Build Your Brand
We’ll help drive traffic and empower you to build your book of business. Some of our best stylists have been grooming their clients for over a decade!
Ongoing Training
We offer opportunities for you to do formal and informal training with leaders in the grooming field. It’ll help you make sure your skills (and your tools!) stay sharp.
Stability & Growth
You’ll earn a guaranteed hourly wage and up to 50% commission. You’ll also have paid time off, health benefits, discounts on PetSmart merchandise and receive 35% off grooming tools.
